THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 3864 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent No.3-Station House Officer, Amalapuram Town Police Station in not registering a crime in spite of the complaint, dated 13.01.2017, lodged by the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that a case in Crime No.50 of 2017 was registered by respondent No.3 on 08.02.2017 and investigation is under progress. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
