THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.25850 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the delay in selection process to the post of Sub Inspector of Police in Telangana Government. Since the post is a civil post, the matter comes under the jurisdiction of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal and this Court is not having the jurisdiction.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
