This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners, assailing the order, dated 18.06.2014, of the learned I Additional District Judge and Sessions Judge, at Mahabubnagar, passed in I.A.No.781 of 2011 in O.S.No.43 of 2011. 2.
Learned counsel for the revision petitioners filed a Memo before the Registry stating that the respective claims of the parties are settled before the Lok Adalat, District Court, Mahabubnagar, vide Award, dated 17.05.2017, passed in O.S.No.43 of 2011, on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar, and that in view of the disposal of the suit, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition. 3.
At the hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners requested to dismiss the revision petition as infructuous by reiterating the contents of the Memo.

Recording the submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
