THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.1638 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "to issue a writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the respondents to act in accordance with law and to install additional service meters in the Nischal's Sunrise Apartment existing in Plot No.903, admeasuring 500 Sq. yards of the 1st petitioner and install Transformer & additional service meters in the Sri Naina's Sunrise Apartment existing in Plot No.19, admeasuring 417 Sq. Yards, both the plots existing in the layout forming a part of Sy.Nos.11/14 to 11/18, Swamy Ayyappa Society, Khanament Village, Serilingampally Mandal, R.R.District, forthwith and pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.

When the matter is called, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.32614 of 2015, dated 18.12.2015 and a copy of the same is also placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also allowed in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
