This petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused No.1 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.201 of 2015 on the file of Anakapalli Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam District for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w.20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner, along with another person, found in possession of 65 kgs., of ganja. Since the ganja found in the above crime is commercial quantity, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
