HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.17401 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to quash order dated 25.06.2003 in I.A.No.19 of 2003 in W.C.No.115 of 2002 on the file of Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Hyderabad.

On 20.03.2003 this Court while admitting the writ petition, dismissed stay petition i.e., WPMP No.21616 of 2003 on the submission made by learned counsel for petitioner that the case in W.C.No.115 of 2002 is already disposed of.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation on either side. It seems that the parties are not interested to prosecute this case.
