THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12886 OF 2012 O R D E R :

It is stated by counsel for petitioner that petitioner has since been dispossessed from the land, which has now come within the purview of CRDA and compensation is also been paid to the 1st respondent-Temple by the State for acquiring land which was in the occupation of the petitioner, and so the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication.

2. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
