2. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted by this Court on 22.04.2014 is vacated. If any fresh notice is issued by the respondent-Bank, it is open to the petitioner to pursue the remedies available under law.

3. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
