It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent that as per the interim orders of this Court on 31.10.2008, the petitioner was re-instated into service and after attaining the age of superannuation, he retired from service. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.
