HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 9817 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A2 to 4 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.181 of 2013 of Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, Hyderabad District, which was registered for the offences under Sections 420, 449, 453, 327, 506 and 509 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 7.5.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Chaitanyapuri Police Station, Hyderabad District and submitted that the case was referred as "Lack of Evidence" and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.181 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
