THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.37606 of 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the registration of FIR No.6 of 2012 in Begumpet Police Station, Secunderabad. Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that after the investigation, a final report was submitted stating that the crime was false before the learned XI Additional Metropolitan Chief Magistrate at Secunderabad vide S.R.No.977 of 2014 and subsequently the same was also closed.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
