This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.18.07.2016 in WPMP.no.28948 of 2016 in WP.No.23494 of 2016.

It is now brought to my notice by the counsel for 1st respondent that the Writ Petition itself was dismissed on 11.07.2017. 3.

In this view of the matter, the interim order merges in the final order of the dismissal of the Writ Petition. Consequently, the Contempt proceedings cannot be taken for violation of the interim order. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
