Though this writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent-authorities in conducting survey in respect of survey No.162 of Narsingi Village without notice to the petitioners, who are the affected parties whose lands are situated in Sy.No.131 of Narsingi Village, Learned counsel for the petitioners says that since the survey is completed on 03-09-2016 as per the counter filed by the un-official respondents in I.A.No.834 of 2016 in O.S.No.1337 of 2016 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, he seeks a direction for issuance of copy of survey report conducted on 03-09-2016 by the respondent-authorities. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to furnish a copy of survey report of Sy.NO.162 conducted on 03-09-2016 on receipt of the application from the petitioners. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
