627 of 2001 dated 24-08-2004 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench at Hyderabad, and to quash the same insofar as it is against the petitioners as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same insofar as it is against the petitioners and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
2. This Writ Petition is posted under the caption "covered matters". Registry has placed before us order dated 27-09-2010 in W.P.No. 6670 of
2001 as covering this Writ Petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners is not present to dispute the fact that the Writ Petition is covered by the said order. Therefore, following the order in W.P.No. 6670 of 2001, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
