ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging inaction of Police in considering the representation made on 18.03.2019 to grant Police protection against local people who are creating law and order problem in the process of constructing the cellular tower though permissions were granted.

Learned Government Pleader produced copy of the letter dated 27.03.2019 of the Inspector of Police, P.S. Kulsumpura, Hyderabad, informing the petitioner that protection as sought for cannot be granted and petitioner has to work out his remedies, and unless direction issued by the competent Court, no such protection can be granted.

Since decision is already made, cause in the Writ Petition does not survive. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed, leaving it open to petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law, if so advised, against the decision rejecting the request to grant Police protection.
