THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11140 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 to A3 in Crime No.33 of 2015 of Srirampur Women Police Station, Mancherial, Adilabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law including filing of similar type of petition. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
