THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.263 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking to transfer M.C. No.29 of 2015 pending on the file of Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge at Khammam to the Judge, Family Court at Hyderabad. Heard and perused the material on record.

Considering the grounds raised by the petitioners herein, M.C.No.29 of 2015 pending on the file of Judge, Family Courtcum-Additional District Judge at Khammam is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the Judge, Family Court at Hyderabad for trial and disposal in accordance with law. However, the presence of the first respondent herein is dispensed with before the Judge, Family Court at Hyderabad except on the dates so specifically the Judge, Family Court insists for his appearance. The first respondent is directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates.

The Transfer Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
