Learned counsel for the petitioner represents the matter. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of respondent No.1 would submit that, in fact, Sessions Case No.436 of 2013 on the file of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Sattupalli, Khammam District, the proceedings of which are sought to be quashed in the present case, ended in acquittal by the judgment dated 24.06.2016 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
