OFFICE NOTE 30.04.2026 SKS, J I.A.No.2 of 2026 This application is filed by the petitionersaccused Nos.1 and 2 seeking to relax conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.2748 of 2026, dated 13.03.2026 i.e., (ii) the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Wednesday between 09:00 am and 5:00 pm for a period of eight (8) weeks or till filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier and thereafter, as and when required.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as per the directions of this Court, the petitioners have been appearing before the Investigating Officer concerned. The same is not disputed learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Wednesday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm for a period of eight (8) weeks or till filing of the charge sheet, whichever earlier is hereby relaxed.

However, the petitioners shall appear before

Investigating Officer concerned as and when required.

Accordingly, the application is ordered.
