This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.P.No.104 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur, West Godavari District, and transfer the same to the file of Senior Civil Judge, Sangareddy, Medak District, for disposal in accordance with law.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent is intending to withdraw O.P.No.104 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur, West Godavari District, and he also filed the copy of the memo filed before the said Court.
