ORDER:

Against removal of petitioner as Data Entry Operator, this writ petition is filed.

In the docket proceedings, it is seen that no interim order was granted at the time of admission of writ petition. Even though matter is listed under the caption of 'dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. It appears that petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
