Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that against the Interlocutory Orders passed in W.P.No.3327 of 2019, the present Contempt Case is filed. However, the said Writ Petition itself is allowed and in view of the subsequent development, the Contempt Case may be closed. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
