This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.52 of 2016 of Eturunagaram Police Station, Warangal District, registered against them for the offences punishable under Sections 290, 307, 323 of IPC, r/w. Section 34 of IPC, but subsequently, action was dropped by the police.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
