No.12958 of 2010 Dt: 23.12.2019 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This writ petition is filed for seeking the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the "Telegram" dated 28.05.2010 sent by the petitioner herein, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an Order, direction, or a Writ, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the Respondents herein to produce the husband of the petitioner herein, namely Raju @ Narender before this Hon'ble Court, who is illegally arrested on 25.05.2010 by the police, Uppal Police Station and apprehending danger to his life and set him at liberty forthwith and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

The Telegram sent to this Court deals with the illegal detention of the year 2010. Therefore, the present writ petition has become infructuous. It is, hereby, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall also stand dismissed as infructuous.
