This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-Accused Nos.1 to 4 in C.C.No.1993 of 2019 on the file of learned X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Secunderabad. 2.

None appears on behalf of the petitioners-Accused Nos.1 to 4. Perused the record.

Today there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute their case. Unless the petitioners prosecutes their case diligently, the cases cannot be kept pending, for the said reason the criminal petition is liable to be dismissed for non prosecution.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. However, the petitioners are at liberty to move a fresh application, in case the cause survives.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
