This writ petition is filed questioning the impugned orders of the 3rd respondent, dated 01.10.2011, debarring the petitioner from participating in any of the tenders of the 3rd respondent for a period of three years.

Since the period of black-listing or debarring the petitioner in participating the tenders of the 3rd respondent is over, nothing survives in the writ petition. That apart, during the pendency of the writ petition, this Court, vide orders dated 14.10.2011, suspended the said impugned orders passed by the 3rd respondent. 3.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is closed, as no cause of auction survives and no furthers are required to be passed.
