HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Civil Revision Petition No.6046 of 2016 ORDER:

Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction thereby setting aside the order in E.P.No.38 of 2016 O.S.No.25 of 2015 vide order dated 1.12.2016 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ponnur, Guntur District.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks time to vacate the premises in question. Keeping in view the averments made in this petition and submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I hereby grant three months time from today to vacate the schedule property. I hereby made clear that if the petitioner failed to vacate the said property on monthly basis, he shall pay costs of Rs.10,000/ - per month and the Executing Court is at liberty to proceed in E.P. No.38 of 2016 as per law. Consequential order, dated 1.12.2016 passed in the aforesaid E.P. is suspended till then. Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in the revision, shall stand closed.
