THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRI MI NAL PETI TI ON No.13224 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused No.2 seeks to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.208 of 2013 of Mantheni Police Station, Karimnagar District, which is registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 468 I.P.C. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, by producing a copy of the order in Crl.P.No.12988 of 2013, dated 23.09.2016, would submit that in that order, this Court directed Police to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioners therein/accused Nos.3 and 4 and the petitioner herein/accused No.2 also stands on the same footing as that of accused Nos.3 and 4 and therefore, similar order may be passed in the instant petition also.

Having regard to the order, dated 23.09.2016, in Crl.P.No.12988 of 2013, this Criminal Petition is disposed of with the direction that the Police concerned can complete the investigation without arresting the petitioner/accused No.2 and file a final report in accordance with law. Further, the petitioner/accused No.2 is directed to appear before the

UDPR,J Crl.P.No.13224 of 2013 05.07.2018 investigation agency for the purpose of giving his handwritings and signatures during the course of investigation, if they are so required by the Investigating Officer.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
