THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.14511 of 2017 ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief : "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 in resorting to removing the cables laid by the petitioner in its area of operation of in and around Ravulapalem, Atreyapuram, Alamuru, Kothapeta, Ainavilli, Allavaram, P.Gannavaram and surrounding villages of East Godavari District, as a registered Cable Network Operator in the guise of implementing the decision taken in a review meeting without following due process of the provisions of the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995 and also unconstitutional and to issue a consequential direction to the Respondent No.

3 to 5 and their subordinates not to interfere in any manner with the Cable Network Operations of the petitioner by illegally and high handedly removing the cables laid by the petitioner in and around its area of operation of Ravulapalem, Atreyapuram, Alamuru, Kothapeta, Ainavilli, Allavaram, P.Gannavaram and surrounding villages in the guise of implementing the decision taken in review meeting without following due process of law."

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent-Organization submits that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 13.2.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1738 of 2017 & batch and a copy of the same is also placed on record along with material papers. 3.

Following the same, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Office to enclose a copy of the common order, dated 13.2.2017 in W.P.No.1738 of 2017 & batch to this writ order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel to it, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
