This appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC, by the defendant, assailing the decree and judgment dated 28.8.2000 passed in A.S.No.193 of 1998 on the file of the Court of the Additional Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases-cum-V Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant, though the matter is listed under the caption, "For Dismissal". It shows that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the second appeal. 3.
