THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14188 of 2015 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in detaining the petitioner in the III Year II Semester of B.Tech course and not permitting him to write the examinations, on the ground of shortage of attendance, the petitioner filed the present writ petition. The petitioner is having 63% attendance. This Court in B. Yugandhar v. Principal, Kuppam Engineering College held that this Court cannot condone the shortage of attendance below 65% in violation of the University Regulations.

In view of the same, the petitioner is not entitled to any relief and the writ petition is devoid of merits.
