THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No. 24886 of 2016 ORDER: (Per VRS,J) The petitioners have come up with the above writ petition challenging the proceedings, dated 02.07.2016, issued by the 1st respondent University refusing to grant affiliation to all the courses. Incidentally, the petitioners have also challenged the Affiliation Procedure and Regulations, 2016 of the 1st respondent University. Since the process of counselling was on when the writ petition was moved, the petitioners moved applications for interim directions. Since we were not satisfied with the ratification as alleged by the petitioners, of the deficiencies pointed out by the University, we did not grant any interim orders.

Now, the counselling for all the courses, for which the petitioners wanted affiliation, is over. Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition for the current academic year. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs. __________________________ V.
