In this writ petition, grievance of the petitioner is inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in conducting investigation in Crime No.56 of 2013 on the file of Shalibanda Police Station, Hyderabad. Today, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that investigation has already been completed and on account of the stay granted by this Court on 07.11.2013, no further action has been taken. In those circumstances, the respondents are directed to take necessary steps and file charge sheet before the appropriate Court.

With the above, the writ petition is closed.
