THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.14704 of 2017 O R D E R:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition for the respondents. 2.

The only grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is the alleged inaction on the part of the Special District Collector (Land Acquisition)/the second respondent herein in considering the applications filed by the petitioners under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act on 20.02.1015. According to the petitioners, some of the land owners covered by the same notification approached the Civil Court and the reference Court enhanced the compensation vide orders in LAOP.No.2 of 2009 on the file of the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nellore. 3.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader, this Court in the facts and circumstances of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Special District Collector (Land Acquisition)/the second respondent herein to pass appropriate orders on the applications dated 20.02.2015 filed by the petitioners under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, strictly as per law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
