HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Revision Case No.241 of 2015 ORDER:

Petitioner filed this Criminal Revision Case by invoking the provisions under Sections 397 and 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code being aggrieved by the docket order dated 30-01-2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.32 of 2014 in C.C. No.437 of 2007 by the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bodhan, Nizamabad District.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, restricted his argument and prayed to direct the trial Court to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial by 3010-2015. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
