This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 17.03.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1725 of 2015 in S.R.No.2463 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri. 2.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to urge the points raised in this revision before the trial Court. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to express any opinion on the impugned order.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of permitting the petitioner to urge the points raised in this revision before the trial Court. 5.
