Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 1st respondent in interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of Car bearing No.AP-31-AM-2223 as illegal and arbitrary. This Court, by order dated 05.12.2009 directed the 1st respondent not to interfere with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of Car bearing No.AP-31-AM-2223.

In the absence of any counter affidavit of the respondents, recording the said interim order as a final order, the writ petition is closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
