THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37727 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India came to be filed seeking to declare the inaction of the 1st respondent in considering the representation dated 05.03.2013 submitted by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. No representation for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development would submit that services of the petitioner were terminated on 06.12.2012 and as such the question of reinstating him back into service does not arise. In any event, he submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 05.03.2013 may be directed to be considered by the 1st respondent. Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent-District Collector, Ranga Reddy District, to deal with the representation dated 05.03.2013 submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, at the earliest. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
