THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4696 OF 2014 ORDER:

When the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner.

The very prayer in the civil revision petition is to give early disposal of E.A.No.114 of 2012 in E.P.No.105 of 2008 in O.S.No.235 of 1999. In fact, the endorsement of the Registry, by ascertaining from the executing court, is that E.A.No.114 of 2012 is disposed of long back on 19.04.2016. In view of the above, the relief sought in the present civil revision petition becomes infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication.

Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
