This writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to quash the proceedings against them in DVC No.107 of 2016 on the file of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Hyderabad.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the proceedings, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same. However, the presence of the petitioners before the IV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Hydeabad is dispensed with except on the dates when their presence is specifically insisted by the learned Magistrate. 4.
