This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.141 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kakinada, East Godavari District. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
