HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR SECODN APPEAL No.1500 of 2007 JUDGMENT:

Sri L. Prabhakar Reddy, advocate for appellants submitted that the parties have taken away the bundle from them with no objection vakalat and that he is no more an advocate for appellant. This appeal is filed in the year 2007 and it is coming for admission since 2007 against the concurrent findings of trial Court and appellate Court. As no alternative arrangements are made and no one appeared for appellant, the appeal is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
