HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4058 of 2014 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1 & 2 under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.129 of 2014 of Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 452, 427, 323, 506 I.P.C.

2) It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the prosecution agency filed charge sheet after investigation in the above crime and the present proceedings sought for against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

3) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say that the remedy, if any, is left open to the petitioners.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
