This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents not to interfere with his peaceful possession over the property admeasuring Ac.4.91 cents in Sy.Nos.6-1B/2-A1 and 6-1B/2-A3, situated near Porulu Katta Sangam, Rajendra Nagar, Sundaraiah colony, Nellore Bit-I, SPSR Nellore District.

It is the case of the petitioner that his mother purchased the above property from one Nallabantu Jayalakshamma through a sale deed and after the demise of his mother, the property was devolved on him through a will dated 2.8.1988 and since then, he is in possession and enjoyment of the same. While so, on 3.5.2017, the respondents inspected the above property and tried to interfere with the same, without following the due process of law.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 4.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are trying to interfere with the subject property without following the due process of law. Considering the circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:
"The respondents are directed to follow the due process of law, if they intend to acquire the property of the petitioner." 5.
