D. Kumari v. The State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5808 of 2018 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in canceling the patta certificate of the petitioner by proceedings dated 25.07.2016 and the consequential order of the third respondent dated 21.10.2016. Since this Court noticed that there is a provision for revision against the impugned orders, the Writ Petition cannot be maintained. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file the revision against the impugned orders within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, if the petitioner files the revision within the period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, there shall be status quo with regard to the entries in the revenue records till the disposal of revision. If no revision is filed within that time, the status quo does not operate.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 22.02.2018 Note: Issue C.C in three days.
