HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.6539 of 2019 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of respondent No.3 on the petitioner's application dated 03.07.2018 submitted for conducting survey and fixation of boundaries for her agricultural landed property in Survey No.13/AA/1/AA admeasuring Acs.4.23 gts and Survey No.26/AA/3 admeasuring Acs.3.07 gts in Adavimallela Revenue Village, Penuballi Mandal, Khammam District, as illegal, irregular, irrational and amounts to non-discharge of statutory obligation conferred on them under the provisions of the A.P.

Survey and Boundaries Act 1923 and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct respondent No.3 to conduct survey and fix boundaries for the petitioner's agricultural landed property and to pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner submitted a F-line petition online through Mee-seva on 03.7.2018 seeking a survey of the subject land and fixing of boundaries thereon. Having received such an application, it is not open to the revenue authorities to remain somnolent.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondents to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's F-line petition dated 03.7.2018 for conducting a survey of the subject land and fixing of boundaries thereon. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ________________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR 01st April, 2019 dr
