Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nellore, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.792 of 2016 and posted to 28.02.2017, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
