ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the judgment in C.C.No.228 of 2014 on the file of XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, was pronounced on 20.04.2015 and therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the instant criminal petition as it has become infructuous though it was filed on 13.04.2015.

2. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, permission is accorded to withdraw the criminal petition.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
