When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order granted by this Court on 24.03.2021, the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved.

Since the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved pursuant to the interim order granted by this Court on 24.03.2021, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
