Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant interim Anticipatory Bail in the event of arrest pending disposal of the Anticipatory Bail Application before this Honourable Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated. 26-02-2018 made in Crl.P.No. 210212018 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G.Rama Gopal, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecutor (TG)for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

" This petition is filed seeking for extension of time upto 1 5-04-2018 for surrendering before the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Khammam, in relation to crime No. 07 of 20'18.

The counsel for the petitioners submits that A3 in this case died and hence, they sought extension of time for surrender before the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Khammam.

Hence, considering the above, this petition is allowed and the time is granted to the petitioners upto 15-04-2018."
